Mental and Emotional Health

Is Mental Wellbeing More Important Than Ever?

Hi, I’m Tracey. I have a passion for emotional and mental wellbeing. In fact we all do at Lighthouse, perhaps because it’s so crucial to living a good life. Counselling & Time to Talk

The best thing about counselling is talking through concerns with someone who is not going to judge you. Your counsellor wants to find ways to help you cope with things that are bothering you, help you to find your own solutions and to feel positive emotions and gain an appreciation of life.
